As property owners who do not live in New Zealand, we are particularly reliant on Quinovic for all property management matters.
Time zone difference has become less important as Quinovic are able to act on our behalf in a timely manner but still keep us informed of any issues. While email is extremely important to us for communication, we also value the online reporting. Quinovic certainly stand out being able to provide instant online access to the financial aspects of our property rental receipts and maintenance expenses.
During the last two years they have managed a difficult tenant, body corporate issues, stove replacement and installation, commercial cleaning, new tenant placement, weather delayed building work impacting on the new tenants and they continue to provide regular inspections.
Quinovic have also provided valuable market information on rental issues and we continue to rely on that when making decisions about rental adjustments.
