His meticulous attention to detail and experience make him a formidable force. He began his career in Retail and decided to make the move to Residential Property Management to offer an enhanced quality of service to property owners.

Fred takes great pride in ensuring that every property he manages is treated as if it was his own. With a long history of working in the retail, Fred prides himself on his effective communication skills and goes to great lengths to ensure that both Owners and Tenants receive regular updates from him. Considerable experience in the field has taught him how to deliver outcomes to our Owners that provide a return on investment and minimal stress.
